tomorrow.

Seriously, I can't wait for all this to be over.

QQ and me have been feeling very nostalgic these few days. Talking back about our childhood and listening to songs that we loved (and still do now, unsurprisingly) back then. She and me.. we are 4 years apart but nobody could ever tell. A couple of times, people will ask us whether we're twins, which obviously we're not. And its never about the face really. We so do not look alike. But I have a very good reason for their mistake. I guess the both of us have the same 'feel', so probably it is quite obvious that we are sisters.

Anyway.

We were having lunch just now, and as I've mentioned, the whole nostalgia deal, we started talking about the primary school days, and laughed about the 487325882 silly things that she did.

The list from the top of my head.

  • writing a letter to Seventeen magazine (it was such a craze back then, who would forget?!)  in the hope of it being the 'winning' letter. She freaking faked a story!
  • lying to Nad about us having SCV. By switching on to this particular channel where they showed all the cable channels, she could tell Nad what exactly was on at that point of time.
  • forming a Westlife fan club with Nad. Forgot who was the President. I found out about this and told Mams. Haha! Classic!
  • this one's the best. Dropping our facial soap bar in the toilet bowl and never told me about it. Until pimples start to pop out from my face!
  • reading my diary. Okay, this is pretty common among sisters. Back then, the ex used to have a nickname, called ICS (which stands for ice-cream seller), and QQ thought I was dating a real ice-cream seller. Okay seriously, how dumb can that get. For anyone that's curious, he used to be called ICS because if I remember correctly, Noi dreamt that he was one. At that point of time, we loved giving people nicknames so that, you know, if we were to bitch or whatnot about that person, nobody could ever guess who we were talking about.
  • the way she wears our school uniform, the pinafore, is way messy. One side will always be drooping down from her shoulders.
  • her kotak bag. Inspired by Kate Bosworth's character in the movie Blue Crush. (Nad, if you're reading this, that was how the kotak bag came about. haha!)
  • one time she was scared of taking those compulsory injections we had to take back then, she actually sent someone up to my class to ask for me. I remember my teacher telling me that my sister was scared of the injection and she needed me there. It was the same as announcing it to the whole class.
  • congkak, battleships, UNO sessions next to the balcony.
  • MVP and 5566 craze to the max, seriously. We went all out. You have no idea...
Aaahh. I miss our childhood days! It was a fulfilling one. And I'm happy that she's here with me now, so that we can discover and be stupid about a million and one more things.

I think I had such a fake smile because someone was taking such a long time to take a pic.
