Got out of bed feeling,

Aaaaah, its Thursday. The day I get to stay in and not worry about getting ready for classes.

But today's the day the brain has to finally churn out the ants in my mind.

Goooood Noon!

Fifteen.

Ended up 16 minutes early for lecture. I should know it doesn't take 5 mins to reach this particular building from my apartment :/ Now I'm left with time to kill. Back-to-back lectures and tutorial today, and I'm somewhat glad my timetable is structured out this way. I used to think having breaks in between was good, until I realised I don't fully utilise the time.

Learning about China today. Hopefully after this I have a better insight on why they are slowly dominating the world.

moblogging v1.1

Either the size of my eyeballs have shrunk by half, or its hard to keep them open. The bad thing about posting through this medium is that I can't automatically label the posts.

Anyway, I totally underestimated last week and now I'm left with a few days to actually start typing out my IMF essay. All I have are these clouded thoughts that have yet to be formed into proper sentences. I wish I hadn't just discovered that 21st March is this coming Sunday. Which means Mams & Paps are coming next week. Truth is, I'm excited because finally, a sense of familiarity. From home. And the fact that Mams will be around to cook for us for the few days that they are going to be here...

On a completely different note, I realised people have been taking the plunge for something different these days. Good or bad - nobody knows for sure.

moblogging v. (lost count)

Okay, so I forgot about the convenience of just blogging from my mobile. Come to think of it, I could really leave without Macy and let's just say, if I were to be stranded on an island, I don't mind not having anything else except for Billie. Umm.. Provided there's reception, of course. But if that's the case then I wouldn't be stranded, wouldn't it?

October has been a pretty great month for me, now that I've come to realise it has ended. Yes, its been a week, I know. That was when I've turned 23 and yet I still don't feel a tad old. High possibility this is due to the fact that I am still studying, and still being financially supported by my parents (all those judgmental people, here's your cue). But hopefully this won't be for long. Also, another great month because I've kept my promise of not getting any redundant stuff - i.e shopping. It wasn't that hard, honestly, because I didn't step into the shops that much. I could probably count it with the fingers on one set of my palm. So far, there is no urge or temptation, which is good. I am going to carry on this way till we get back.

Finals start this Wednesday for me, and then 5 days later will be my second & last paper. That's when my 3 month long summer break will officially start. I am psyched. With so many things planned, I hope it all works out. Though 'the city of lights where it'll inspire you' didn't happen, I'm glad we're still going to the land of Kimchis.

A holiday is still a holiday, nonetheless. No matter where its at, as long as you're with great company. Agreed?

art after dark.

I'm not sure what's up with myself, but I've been having headaches for the past few days at a specific time. And that specific time falls somewhere between 5 till at night. Fickity fish, what is wrong with me?!

Anyway, yesterday me and nee headed over to NGV for Salvador Dali's 'Liquid Desire' exhibition. Wednesdays are the cheapest day to go since the admission fee for students will be $11. I wouldn't say I'm an arty-farty person, but Wl told us it was good and worthwhile, and I guess I am appreciative towards some paintings, so what's the harm in going.

And I don't regret it one bit! Dali is such an eccentric all-rounder. I think I'm going to compile some of my favourite pieces of his work (that is if I can find them from the net) and blog about it proper in the next entry.

For now, I should just nurse this perplexing headache, try to wake up in the middle of the night, or early in the morning, somehow, so that I can continue with my assignments.

hmm.

So let's see.. the first day of my final semester. Pretty surreal. If not for the fact that we've already received our first assignment which is due in about 2 weeks time. And also the fact that the mid-sem for OR will be on the day that uni reopens after my 2 week break in Sg. What's best is that it consists of 2 papers. Lovely..

I am sleepy (not tired!) but I can't shut my eyes. 9 am lect tmr btw. Gaaaaaah.
