I am now thinking of a way to get my ass back to Seoul in June. It is all settled, provided I stay unemployed by then. Which hopefully, will not be the case. My funds are depleting.

If there are two countries, or rather, capitals that I will never get sick of, its Seoul and Tokyo. If you were to ask me which I favour more among the two, I would at first, hesitate, but I am able to give you a definite answer now.

Where else can you get cheap and not over-the-top aunty-ish curls/perm ?

A cut, treatment, and these soft curls cost me around 80 SGD after conversion. Honestly, if this isn't a good deal, then I don't know what is.
