To add on to my journey of trying out new things in 2012, I signed myself up for Yoga classes a few months ago. My first impression of yoga was well, an exercise which I don't consider an exercise because I thought since I was just going to be tied down to my mat, it wouldn't really work my heart and I wouldn't really sweat and end up being exhausted and start panting heavily. I was wrong.
Being in a small yoga class helped as well because the teacher is able to concentrate on almost everyone and being the helpful person that my yoga teacher is, she will help all of us to stretch to our upmost potential (cringe!).
This is one of my steps in building an exercise regime. Hopefully soon I will start practising yoga even at home because it is that simple!
