My routine every morning now consists of browsing my Flipboard in the bus. The other day, I read an article on one of the pages I subscribed to and came across some works from Red Hongyi.

Once Upon Singapore

Last week Bal told us about an exhibition happening at Math Paper Press. The curator was a final year student from La Salle and boy, I was filled with nostalgia the moment I went in. 

Me and Mimi used to buy tons of such planes from the mama shop. 

They had an activity corner where we could just go crazy with the chops. 

This has got to be my most favourite exhibit! McDonalds' ice-cream cup. I bet the 80s kids remember this. Don't we all regret not keeping them?!

Used to have eraser fights with my classmates back in primary school. Those were the days where kids seek fun in the most simplest ways, before technology took over our world.

Some vintage cups and bowls which I'm sure our aunts and grandmas kept in their respective homes even till now.

I think the four of us will make it a point to visit such exhibitions and museums more frequently now.

This reminded me of the time when I went to Japan in 2005. Most of the toilets had this. How tech-savvy are the Japanese?

Helped QQ with her photoshoot for her CP project today, and I discovered a function in Lulu, after about 2 years of owning her. Such an elephant. Pretty tired for the day. Been trying extra hard to let the 'creative' juices flow for my industrial project poster, but it doesn't seem to be going well, for now. I wish I had more of a technical mind, but then again, maybe not.

Wished I had time at my dispense but that hope appears to be bleak. Everything seems tight, what with all the deadlines to keep up with. It is not until after the 16th of Nov that freedom reigns again. Cannot. Wait.

Things to put my mind at ease since it is now currently filled with too many X's, and no, by that I don't mean the XXX stuff. I've never dealt with this much matrices before, and I am pretty bummed about not being able to solve for the XtX matrix for this particular question. 

I'm not sure if any of you have heard of the rise of swine flu cases in Melbourne, Victoria. Today I did a very bad thing. I was telling my sister that I am kind of hoping the situation would get serious so that they would somewhat postpone the exams. I know, right. How evil and sick can one get? Obviously I felt guilty after coming up with such sick thoughts, so I prayed that my wish would not come true. More for the 'getting serious' part, though I am still counting on the postponing of exams, but I very much doubt that will happen :/ 

Actually, I am feeling that I might come down with a fever myself..

Swine aside, QQ has been watching Love Marriage for the past 3 days, and I am glad she has finally finished the series. I can't stand that she always watch them like half-way, same goes for BBF. But anyway, LM reminded me of last spring, when I first watched it. Yes, the show has lots of meaningful quotes and phrases, and if you're deciding over which Korean drama series to watch next, please watch this one. It is something that me and QQ has categorised as 'Matured Love'. Haha!

My sis got April's fooled by Planet 3 early in the morning. She read one of their news which claimed that Armstrong admitted he did not land on the moon. Our morning was chaotic because if that was really the truth, then that marks a turning point in history. And then she mentioned at the bottom of the page, there was another link which said "Something's weird isn't it.." - or something like that. And then it brought her to another page and had this staring at her face - "You've been fooled! Don't worry, you won't get charged for this." 

We even googled for this piece of 'hot' news but there weren't any articles of him claiming that he didn't land on the moon. 

What the..?

Paps managed to get all the stuffs in the list. Me and sis are super thankful, and definitely can't wait for the package. Not forgetting the package from Mams (that comes in the form of one our shoebags), that will arrive along with cmt. It consists of the things I've forgotten to bring back to Melbourne, some important, but mostly are just.. 

Blah blah blah..

I am controlling the urge to watch the last two episodes of BBF. Partly because I should be doing more important things, which are obvious. But the truth is, or should I say, the stronger reason for not doing so is that I don't want to have the feeling of emptiness (haha! I can't believe I am actually typing this) that one gets after she completes a drama series that she's been diligently watching. The ending, be it happy or sad, will take you days to get over.
